The Assembly united the efforts of public organizations, politicians, representatives of business and Mass Media with the aim of consolidation and concentration of the activity for achieving the gender balance in the Ukrainian Establishment.

Many participants of the event expressed the readiness and intention to create the consolidated center of women’s movement that could unite the efforts of all people concerned about gender equality.

Taking into account the fact of differentiation in organizations and the necessity to lead the work regularly, the participants suggested the Assembly’s organizer - Ukrainian Union of Information, Communication and Business Technologies Professionals (PIT.Ua) – to create the platform for active work of the members of newly created work group “All-Ukrainian Women’s Assembly” on the basis of remote access using the modern media.

Besides, the participants agreed to prepare the Declaration that includes the essential resolutions on the results of Assembly’s work and on the basis of these resolution to appeal to the authorities with the recommendations to make changes in the Law of Ukraine on “Guaranteeing the equal rights and opportunities of women and men”.
